Online shops & B2B catalogues

Your counter, open around the clock.

We build online shops for your customers and B2B catalogues for the professionals who buy from you. They take orders at any hour and pass them to stock, invoicing and the courier without anyone typing them again.

Tell us about yours

One catalogue, two ways to sell.

A private buyer wants to see the price, choose and pay in a few steps. A trade buyer wants quantities, specifications and a quote. We build both on the same base. Switch the customer and see what changes with them.

An order at 23:48. Nobody in the workshop.

Once the customer presses “Pay”, the work waits for no one. The order runs from system to system like water along a channel: stock, receipt, courier, email. When you open in the morning, the parcel only needs closing.

  • Measurement and improvement

We see where purchases stop and fix what stops them.

From the catalogue to the first order.

A shop is judged on details nobody sees: the right stock, the right receipt, the right address.

  1. 01

    The catalogue

We organise products, variants, prices and photographs. This is usually half of the work.

  2. 02

    The buying path

We design the product page, basket and checkout around your own products.

  3. 03

    The connections

We check what your current systems allow and agree what moves, when and in which direction.

  4. 04

    Test orders

Before opening, real orders run the whole path: payment, receipt, delivery, return.

  5. 05

    Opening and measuring

The shop opens, we measure where purchases stop and improve it.

Before the shop opens.

A shop with a ready catalogue usually takes six to twelve weeks. The time depends mostly on the state of the catalogue and on the integrations it needs. We agree the schedule in writing before we start.

The cost of an online shop depends on three things: the number of products and variants, whether you also need a catalogue for trade buyers, and the connections to ERP, invoicing, courier and marketplaces such as Skroutz. That is why we have no price list. After a short conversation we send you a written proposal with cost, deliverables and dates.

Usually yes, if the software offers a way to connect. We check before the proposal, so you know from the start what will happen automatically and what will not.

A B2B shop sells to trade buyers rather than consumers: each buyer signs in with their own account and sees their own prices and quantities. They request quotes and reorder without phone calls or emails. We build it on the same products and the same stock as the retail shop, so one catalogue serves consumers and trade buyers alike. Public prices are not needed if you do not want them.

The product list with prices and stock, whatever photographs you have, your delivery and return terms, and one person who decides. If photographs or copy are missing, we make them.

You do, with an admin we walk you through step by step: products, prices, orders. We look after updates, security and measurement, with a support agreement if you want one.
