Noria, since 2018

You talk to the people who do the work.

Noria is a design and software studio. Since 2018, one team of designers, engineers and makers has built the identity, the website, the systems and the assistants for businesses that deserve a step more. The people who listen to you at the first meeting are the ones who design and build, and they are still there afterwards.

A long limestone table in a bright studio, with four stools and the day’s work laid out on it.

One team. The whole job.

Designers, software and AI engineers, content makers, search and advertising specialists: in the same team, on the same project. Every project has one lead and the people it needs, from the first meeting to ongoing care.

For photo shoots, translation or more specialised work we work with regular collaborators. We write good Greek first, then the languages of your clients.

Noria: the wheel that lifts water.

It stands in the river and turns with the current. Each of its buckets fills below and empties above, and the water reaches the place where it is needed. That is how we work too, in three steps.

  1. Direction

The river: the force is already there, in what you do well. In a few weeks you have in writing what is worth building, in what order and at what cost. It is yours to keep, whatever you decide.

A fixed fee, agreed in advance

  2. Build

The buckets: design, software and assistants from the same team. Each fills below, in your work, and empties above, where it shows. You see real screens, not promises.

    An agreed time and cost

  3. Care

The channel: from there the water reaches where it is needed, every day. Maintenance, measurement and one improvement every month.

Monthly, for as long as you need it

In Greek, putting something online is «ανεβάζω»: to lift it up. The word describes us exactly.

How we work, in four lines.

Pages and photographs pinned in rows on a limestone wall: a website planned page by page.
  • Substance first, decoration after.

We start from what your client needs to understand and do. Form comes to serve that, not to hide it.

  • We show the work working.

You see real pages and screens with your own content, on phone and desktop, before you decide. No mood boards, no promises.

  • One lead, from start to finish.

From the first conversation to ongoing care, you speak with your project’s lead, who knows your work and replies, not with a ticket system.

  • We measure and improve.

After delivery we look at what visitors actually do and fix what does not work. A project does not end on the day it goes live.

What you will not find in our work.

Three things we refuse, even when they would be easier.

  • Templates passed off as design.

Every page is designed for the business that will keep it. If something looks like a ready-made theme, we did not make it.

  • Stock photos of handshakes.

No generic library images that could belong to anyone. We show your own work, or make images for the place they will take.

  • Results that never happened.

We do not quote percentages we did not measure or clients we did not have. That is why every example on this site is called a study.
