B2B clients
The right companies, with a reason to reply.
We do not sell contact lists. We choose with you the companies that have a real reason to need you, research them one by one, and open the conversation with a phone call or a letter that concerns them; we send email only to those who ask for it. What we deliver is the conversations.
Tell us about yoursFrom a market, a short list.
Skyphos makes tableware for professionals. Filter the market the way we would together: sector, region, and a reason to talk now. What remains is a few companies, each with its own why.

The short list
A Noria study. Illustrative data.
From the list to the conversation.
Four steps with room between them, and an end: a meeting or a polite no. Choose a company from the list and see how its conversation would begin.

We write only to people who said they want to know more. If they do not reply, we stop after the third message; if they say no, we never write again.

Before we write
Research and a call
We learn about the company, then call whoever decides and ask whether they would like us to write. If they say no, that is where we stop.
- What it is
- Aridela Suites. Hotel, Naxos
- Why now
- Renewing its breakfast restaurant before the season.
- Who we write to
- F&B management
- What we do not do
- We never buy lists and never email anyone who did not ask for it: in Greece the law requires prior consent, for company addresses too. First a call or a letter; email only after a yes.
Day 1
First message
What they asked for on the phone: short, with one reason that concerns them and an offer that commits them to nothing.
- From
- Skyphos
- To
- F&B management, Aridela Suites
Tableware for your breakfast
Good morning, Thank you for the conversation on the phone. We saw that you are renewing the breakfast restaurant at Aridela before the season. At Skyphos we make tableware by hand in production series, the same tone from the first piece to the last, made to survive a professional dishwasher. If it interests you, we can send two glaze samples so you can see them in the light of your own room. If you would rather not hear from us again, reply “no”.
Day 5
Follow-up
Once, with something new, and with an easy way to say no.
- From
- Skyphos
- To
- F&B management, Aridela Suites
Re: Tableware for your breakfast
A short note in case my earlier message was lost. I attach photographs of two glazes in natural light. If this is not the right moment, tell me and I will not write again.
Day 12
Meeting request
Small and specific: fifteen minutes with samples, not an hour-long presentation.
- From
- Skyphos
- To
- F&B management, Aridela Suites
Fifteen minutes with samples
Could we drop by with samples for fifteen minutes, on Tuesday or Thursday? Online works too, if that suits you better.
The conversation
Reply
The conversation passes to you, with a note on what was said and what comes next.
F&B management, Aridela Suites
Good afternoon. Yes, bring the samples on Thursday at 11:00.
A note for your team
- Who
- F&B management, Aridela Suites
- What interests them
- Breakfast tableware for fourteen suites
- Next step
- Thursday 11:00, with two samples
- History
- One call, three messages and one reply, all on record.
In the end, a conversation.
The research, the messages and the rhythm serve one purpose: two chairs, a table and a person who wants to hear what you do.
A small meeting table by the window, with two cups of coffee and an open notebook.
What we deliver

Market definition
Which sectors, which regions, what size of company, and why them.
Company research
Every company on the list checked by hand, with the reason we are writing to it.
Messages
Short texts in your company’s voice, written for each recipient.
Sending infrastructure
SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings so that requested messages reach the inbox, and a record of every yes and every no.
Reply handling
Every reply is read by a person and passed to you with a note.
Report
Who replied, what they asked for, and what the market taught us about your offer.
First the list, then the messages.
A good message to the wrong company brings nothing. That is why most of the time goes into choosing.
- 01
Offer
What exactly you offer professionals, and why they should listen.
- 02
Market
Sectors, regions and signals that show who needs you now.
- 03
List
A few companies, checked one by one. You see and approve them before we write.
- 04
Outreach
First a call or a letter, in your company’s name; email only to those who ask for it.
- 05
Conversations
Replies pass to you, and we learn what worked.
Before you call.
B2B lead generation is the organised search for new trade clients: which companies have a reason to need you, and how to open the conversation with them. At Noria we define with you the market and the client you want, research the companies one by one, and open the conversation in your company’s name, by phone or by letter with a sample. We send email only to those who ask for it. We deliver conversations, not lists.
No. We do not sell lists. The list is a working tool: you see it and approve it, but what we deliver is the conversations it opens.
Not by email out of the blue. In Greece a marketing email needs the recipient’s prior consent, even when the recipient is a company (Article 11 of Law 3471/2006). So the first contact is a phone call, after we check the register of those who refuse marketing calls, or a letter with a sample. We send email only to those who ask for it, with your details and an easy way to say no. Anyone who says no never hears from us again.
Calls and messages are made in your company’s name, under the name of a real person there and with your company’s details in every message. We prepare them, keep a record of every yes and every no, and read the replies.
Preparation, meaning offer, market, list and sending settings, usually takes a few weeks. The first replies arrive in the first weeks of sending. How many there will be, no honest person can promise.
By the breadth of the market, how many companies are researched and how long the outreach runs. After a conversation about your offer, we send you a specific proposal.
An hour to understand your offer and the customer you want, approval of the list and the messages, and someone to take over the conversation when it comes.
