AI assistants & automations
Every message answered. Every decision stays with you.
AI assistants that answer your clients on your website and in messages, from your own information. Automations that sort, route and summarise whatever arrives. Where judgement is needed, the work comes to you, ready.
Tell us about yoursThe Aridela Suites assistant reads only what it was given: the guest guide, the terms, availability, the menu. Pick a question and see where each answer comes from, and where it stops.
Guest questions
What the guest sees
Welcome. I am the hotel’s digital assistant, an AI system. Ask me anything about your stay.
Behind the answer
The sources it reads
A Noria study. The answers are written in advance: no AI model runs on this page.
Bookings, questions, invoices, complaints and quote requests all land in the same inbox. Before you open them, the automation has read, classified and summarised each one, and sent it where it belongs. Anything that needs a decision waits for a person.
Show only what waits for a decision, with the reason beside it.
A Noria study. Illustrative data.

Hello! We are driving from the port. Is there somewhere to park near the hotel?
The assistant answers at three in the morning from what it knows in your own sources, and keeps for the morning whatever needs a person.
A hotel reception at night: one lamp on, a bell, the moon in the window.

On the website, in chat or by email, it answers from your own information, in Greek and other languages.
Every message is classified, summarised and delivered to the right person.
Ready answers for the usual questions, which you check and send with one click.
Bookings, invoices, CRM and forms, with no copying by hand.
We agree together what the assistant answers, what it does not, and who it hands over to.
We see what clients ask and where the assistant struggles, and we improve it.
No assistant answers on its own on day one. It earns its autonomy one question at a time.
Which messages arrive, who answers them today and where time is lost.
We gather what the assistant will read and write down what stays with a person.
We check it against real questions from your inbox, stripped of names and contact details, before any client sees it.
At first it prepares replies and you send them. It answers on its own only what it has proven it answers well.
We look at what was asked, what went to a person and what is missing from the sources.
Yes, at Noria we build assistants that answer your clients in Greek and other languages, on your website, in chat and by email. They read only the material you give them, such as guides, terms, price lists and common questions, and say from the start that they are an AI system. Anything they do not know, or that needs judgement, they pass to a person.
Automations for the work that repeats every day: sorting incoming messages, routing them to the right person, summarising them and drafting a reply you check before it goes out. We also connect bookings, invoices, CRM and forms, so nothing is typed twice by hand. Every automation has written limits: what it does on its own and what waits for your approval.
It answers only from the sources you give it and keeps a note of where each answer came from. When the information is missing or the question needs judgement, it does not guess: it hands over to a person. No system is infallible, which is why we start with drafts that you approve.
It depends on how ready your material is and on what needs connecting. An assistant with clear sources is a matter of weeks, not months. We agree the timeline in writing before we start.
Because the cost depends on which systems are connected and on the volume of messages. After a short conversation we send a proposal with deliverables, set-up cost and monthly running cost, listed separately.
Before we set anything up, we sign a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR): which data the assistant sees, where it is stored, for how long and which providers are involved. The assistant sees only what it needs to answer, says from the start that it is an AI system, and we use only editions of tools where the provider does not train its models on your data.
The material you already have (guides, terms, price lists, common questions), access to the tools that will be connected, and one person who decides what stays in human hands.
The assistant does not stay as it was delivered. We regularly review the questions it did not answer, fill in the sources and check that the automations run correctly.
