Systems & applications

Your systems, level with each other.

We connect the tools you already use, from the shop, the ERP and invoicing to stock, the CRM and the courier, and build applications for the jobs no ready-made software covers. What is written in one place reaches all of them, with no copying by hand.

Tell us about yours

Connected vessels.

Vessels joined at the base always settle at one level, whatever their shape. That is how we set up your systems: an order enters in one place and within seconds every system knows it. Send one and compare it with copying by hand.

Applications shaped by your own work.

When no ready-made software fits, we build the specific one. Follow one request from arrival to the month’s dashboard: every screen is a tool we build often.

A Noria study. Illustrative data.

Entered once, arriving everywhere.

An order is entered once and flows on its own: to the warehouse, the invoice, the courier, Monday's dashboard. No one retypes what has already been written.

Water from a titanium spout runs along a channel carved in a limestone table and divides into six basins.

What we deliver

Glass pipes with a titanium coupling, clipped forms, a stamp, a key, three vials of water at different levels and a notebook with a pencil.
  • System integrations

Shop, invoicing, ERP, CRM, stock and courier exchange data through their interfaces.

  • Requests and quotes

From the first message to the signed quote, in one flow.

  • Approvals and workflows

Rules that move the simple things on and stop what needs a decision.

  • Customer and partner portals

Order status, documents and messages, behind one login.

  • Dashboards and reports

The numbers you check every morning, gathered without anyone gathering them.

  • Monitoring and evolution

If a connection stops, we are first to know and fix it before a customer notices.

Understand first, then connect.

The right application starts from the process, not the software: what happens today, who needs which information and where time is lost.

  1. 01

    Mapping

We record how an order or request moves today: who types what, where, and how many times.

  2. 02

    Technical check

We check what each of your systems allows. The proposal rests on what is actually feasible.

  3. 03

    Working prototype

We test the critical path with your own scenarios before building the rest.

  4. 04

    Build and testing

Integrations, permissions, exceptions and alerts, tested on real cases, with as little personal data as possible.

  5. 05

    Handover and monitoring

Training, documentation and monitoring of the flows, so we are first to know if something stops.

Before we connect anything.

The shop and the ERP connect through their interfaces (APIs), so stock, prices and orders agree without copying by hand. First we check what your ERP allows and define which system is the source for each piece of data and how often it syncs. Then we test the connection with real cases, such as a duplicate order or an outage, before it goes live.

Yes, we build small web applications for one specific job, without changing your ERP. Usually that means customer requests, quotes, approvals, a portal where customers see their order, or a dashboard with the numbers you check every morning. We design them around your own process and connect them to the software you already use.

Almost never. We start from what already works and connect it. If a system offers no way to connect, we tell you before the proposal and find the best way round it together.

An integration between two systems can be ready in a few weeks. An application for a whole process usually takes two to four months, in phases you can start using early.

By the systems being connected, the number of flows and the exceptions to provide for. After the mapping and the technical check we send a specific proposal with cost, deliverables and dates. We have no price list, because two integrations are rarely the same.

The flows are monitored. If a system changes or goes down, we are alerted, pending records are held and carry on as soon as the connection is back. Nothing is lost silently.

The people you choose, and on our side only those working on the project, with personal accounts and a data processing agreement. Each role sees what its work needs, and access is revoked at once when someone leaves. Where the data is hosted is agreed from the start, in the European Union wherever possible.

One person who knows the process in practice, access to the systems for the technical check, and a few real cases, including the difficult ones.
