Hospitality & food

The experience begins before arrival.

Guests meet you on their phone, months before they arrive, and often book a table before they board the plane. For hotels and restaurants in Greece, we build websites, content and assistants that show them what staying or dining with you will be like, and let them book with you directly.

What decides a booking.

Guests do not read a website from top to bottom. They look for answers to a few questions, and book wherever they find them fastest.

  1. While dreaming

“What will the mornings be like here?”

Photographs and film of the place itself, in the light guests will see. Not generic pictures of the island.

  2. While comparing

“Which room is right for us?”

Every room with its view, size and beds, so the choice is made without an email.

  3. When deciding

“Can I book directly, right now?”

The booking engine on the first screen and on the phone, with the guest's choices already filled in.

  4. After booking

“Will anyone answer at eleven at night?”

An assistant that answers about transfers, times and breakfast in any language, and leaves reception whatever needs a person.

Tell us about yours

How we work with a hotel.

We start with the place and the questions you are asked, and finish before bookings for the new season open.

  1. 01

    A day at your property

We see the property as a guest does: rooms, light, paths, and the questions you are asked most often.

  2. 02

    Structure and booking

We define pages and rooms, and where the booking engine you already use connects.

  3. 03

    Photography and copy

We photograph and write in your guests' languages, in the season that shows the place at its best.

  4. 04

    Build and test

We build, test bookings on phones and computers, and measure direct bookings from day one.

  5. 05

    Before every season

We refresh offers, images and campaigns, so the site is ready when the searches begin.

Questions from hoteliers.

Yes, in most cases: we connect the website to the booking engine you already use, through a link, a widget or a form that passes it the dates and the number of guests. That way guests are not lost between two different looks, and availability and rates stay in your engine. If your engine does not allow such a connection, we tell you before we start.

A website helps direct bookings when it quickly answers what guests ask and takes them to the booking engine without typing anything twice. Every room is shown with real photographs, its view, size and beds, and booking sits on the first screen and on the phone, with the guest’s choices already filled in. We measure direct bookings from day one and, where the engine allows it, count the step into the engine separately from the completed booking.

Yes, the voice assistant answers when reception is closed or busy, in the caller’s language, from the information you give it: rooms, arrival times, access, terms. It books only if your engine allows it and you decide so. Anything that needs judgement it leaves to reception, with a short summary of the call.

No. The platforms keep bringing bookings. The aim is that guests who find you there and come to look at your website find a reason to book directly.

Usually six to ten weeks, depending on rooms, languages and photography. Autumn is the best time to start, so everything is ready before bookings for the new season open.

In the languages your guests speak. Usually Greek and English, often one or two more. Copy is written for each language, not machine-translated.

By rooms, languages, photography and integrations. After a short conversation we send you a specific proposal, with deliverables and timelines.

The other industries

We know these six sectors best, but we do not work only with them. If your business is not here, we start the same way: with the questions your own clients ask.
