Voice assistant
It picks up when you can’t.
When you are closed or your line is busy, the voice assistant we set up for you answers the phone, in the caller’s own language. It books appointments into your calendar, answers from your own information and passes anything that needs judgement to a person.

What we deliver
Voice and manner
How it introduces itself, the tone it speaks in, and what it says first: that it is your business’s digital assistant.
Knowledge from your own sources
Hours, services, price list, directions: it answers only from what you give it, and notes what is missing.
Calendar and booking system
It books and changes appointments or reservations in the system you already use, by your own rules.
Hand-over to a person
A live transfer during your hours; out of hours, a call-back task with everything that was said.
A summary of every call
The caller gets a confirmation by text; your team gets a short summary of each call.
Languages
It speaks the caller’s language: Greek, English and any others you need, each tested before it goes live.
Nights first. Then as far as you trust it.
The assistant does not take over the phone on day one. It starts with the hours nobody answers today, and earns the rest.
- 01
We listen to your calls
With your permission, we spend a few hours by the phone and read the call log: what people ask, when, and which calls are lost.
- 02
We write the limits
What it does on its own, what it never says, and who it passes the rest to. The limits stay in writing, and you approve them.
- 03
Test calls
We and your team call it with the hard questions before any customer hears it.
- 04
Live, step by step
Out of hours first, then when the line is busy. The rest when you decide.

A monthly reading
Each month we read the calls together and change one thing: an answer, a rule, a source.
Before you hand it the phone.
An AI receptionist, or voice assistant, answers a business’s calls when no one can pick up: out of hours or when the line is busy. At Noria we set it up to answer only from your own sources, to book appointments or reservations in the system you already use, and to pass anything that needs judgement to a person. It says from the start that it is a digital assistant.
It suits businesses that miss calls in the hours no one answers: hotels and restaurants, practices and clinics, and any business that takes appointments or bookings by phone. You do not have to hand it every call from the start: it begins with out-of-hours calls, then answers when the line is busy, and takes on more only when you decide.
Yes. It says so at the start of every call, in words we agree together, and says it again if asked. It is also a duty: from 2 August 2026 the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act requires that people talking to an AI system are told they are talking to an AI system.
Yes. Your number stays the same: with call forwarding, the phone passes to the assistant when the line is busy, when nobody picks up, or out of hours. We set it up together, on your phone system or with your provider, and you can switch it off whenever you like.
It asks once more, in other words. If it is still unsure, it does not guess: it takes a message for a call-back or, during your hours, puts the call through to a person. These calls are marked in the summary, and we look at them first every month.
Greek and English, and any others you need: German, French, Italian and many more. It answers in the caller’s language and writes your summary in yours. We test every language with trial calls before it goes live.
It records only if you decide so, and then the caller hears it at the start of the call. Call transcripts are kept for as long as you set, then deleted. Before we start we sign a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) that states what is kept, where, for how long and which providers are involved.
By the volume of calls, the languages and the systems to connect. After a short conversation we send you a written proposal, with the set-up cost and the monthly cost listed separately.
