Firms & professionals

Standing in front, order behind.

Clients judge a firm before they meet it: by its website, by the first reply, by how simply they can send a document. We design an image equal to your work and build the systems behind it, so every new file starts in order.

What decides an engagement.

Anyone looking for a lawyer, an accountant or an adviser usually has something serious on their mind. Before they call, they want answers to four questions, even if they never ask them out loud.

  1. Before any contact

“Is this the firm I need?”

Areas of practice described precisely, the people with their roles, and an image that shows how seriously you work before a word is read.

  2. At first contact

“Will they understand me the first time?”

A form that asks only what their matter needs, and a reply from the person who will take it on.

  3. When sending documents

    “Where do my papers go?”

A secure link instead of attachments, a list of what is missing, and never a request for passwords.

  4. As things move

    “Where does my matter stand?”

A page where they can see how their file is progressing, without calling to ask.

The first contact, already on file.

Pinax is a tax and advisory firm in Athens. Choose a matter: the form asks only what it needs, and the file takes shape beside it. Book a first meeting, then see what the client sees and what happens inside the firm.

The file: A new business, 3 documents, 3 tasks.

A Noria study. Illustrative data.

Nothing is sent or stored. At a real firm, the file opens in the system you already use, or in one we build for you.

Tell us about yours

How we work with accountants and lawyers.

We start with the route a new client takes through your firm, and finish when every file opens the same way.

  1. 01

    A day at your firm

We see how a new client arrives, who replies, where the documents go and where time is lost.

  2. 02

    Direction

What is worth building, in what order and at what cost, in a document you keep whatever you decide.

  3. 03

    Image and words

Identity, website and document templates. You approve every text before it is published.

  4. 04

    Files in order

Intake, client portal and connections to your software, tested on anonymised cases from your firm.

  5. 05

    Monthly care

Maintenance, security and one improvement a month, for as long as you need it.

Questions from firms.

A law or accounting firm’s website has to answer what a client asks before calling: what exactly the firm does, who is responsible for what, and how an engagement begins. That means practice areas described precisely, the people with their roles, and a form that asks only what the matter needs. Behind the website sits a portal where clients send documents securely and follow the progress of their file.

Direction takes a few weeks. A new identity with its website usually needs two to three more months. A client portal or a connection to your software depends on what is already there. We agree the timeline in writing before we start.

Usually, yes. Your case management or accounting software stays where it is, and the form, the portal and the documents connect to it wherever it allows. If it does not, you find out during Direction, before you spend on anything else.

We design on the assumption that every document is confidential: encrypted exchange instead of attachments, access only for those who need it, storage in the European Union and a record of who opened what. AI assistants work only with what you allow them to, and nothing goes out without a person checking it. All of this is written into the data processing agreement we sign with you.

We start from it. We write without promises of outcomes and without comparisons with colleagues: what you do, how you work and who you are, with each person’s role. Where your professional body sets something stricter, that applies, and you approve every text before it is published.

Direction has a fixed fee, agreed in advance. After that, the proposal follows from what we decided together: pages and languages, document templates, portal and connections. You receive it in writing, with deliverables and timelines, before you commit.

The other industries

We know these six sectors best, but we do not work only with them. If your business is not here, we start the same way: with the questions your own clients ask.
