Using the website

These terms apply to anyone who visits the website. By using it, you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Personal data is covered by the Privacy policy and the Cookies page.

Who owns the content

The text, design, code, images, films, 3D models, and the Noria name and mark belong to NORIA GROUP Ε.Ε. or are used under licence from their owners, and are protected by copyright law (Greek Law 2121/1993) and the law on distinctive signs.

You may read the website, share links to its pages and quote short passages with a reference to the source. Any other use, such as copying, republishing, modifying or commercial exploitation, needs our written permission.

The website's images

The website's photographs and films, including the Noria wheel, are made by Noria: 3D renders and images created or edited with artificial intelligence tools. They are illustration; they do not show real clients, projects or people.

The Noria studies

The examples on the website, such as Aridela Suites, Anthemis Clinic, Opaion Architects, Kouroupi, Skyphos, Lychnis, Pinax and the other businesses that appear on the service and industry pages, are Noria studies: we designed them to show how we work, and they are not our clients. Their data, messages, answers and results are illustrative, and every study says so.

They are not our clients and do not correspond to real businesses; if a name matches a real business, it is a coincidence. The demonstrations, such as the AI assistant and the inbox, show answers written in advance: no artificial intelligence model runs on the website.

The website is not an offer

What the website describes is information about our services, not a binding offer. The website shows no prices, takes no orders or payments and forms no contract. A collaboration starts only with a written proposal setting out scope, cost and dates, and its written acceptance; the terms of the proposal and the contract then apply.

Descriptions of services, timelines and examples are indicative and may change.

Information, not advice

The answers to common questions and the texts on the website are general information. They are not legal, tax or technical advice for your case; for that, talk to us or to your adviser.

Limits of liability

We take care that the website is accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions. We are not liable for loss arising from using or being unable to use the website, unless it is caused by our intent or gross negligence or the law does not allow liability to be limited (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code).

If you are a consumer, the rights consumer protection law gives you (Greek Law 2251/1994) are not limited by these terms.

Fair use

Please do not use the website for unlawful purposes, try to get around its security, overload it with automated requests or send automated or bulk messages through its form.

Where the website links to third-party websites, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, it does so for your convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
