Health & wellbeing: Trust before the visit.

Health & wellbeing

Trust before the visit.

Patients decide whom to trust before they walk in: in search, on your website, in the first phone call. For practices and clinics, we build websites, online booking and assistants that tell them clearly who does what and what will happen, and leave anything about their health to the doctor.

What decides an appointment.

Before booking, patients look for answers to four questions, usually without asking them out loud. They book where they find those answers clearly.

  1. While searching

“Are these the right doctors for me?”

Who does what, with their field, languages and way of working. No promises, and no before-and-after photos.

  2. While hesitating

“What will happen when I come?”

What the visit involves, how long it takes, what to bring and how to get there. Written plainly, before they need to ask.

  3. When deciding

    “When can I come in?”

The right doctor’s free slots for the reason of the visit, and booking without waiting on the phone.

  4. Before booking

    “Will they remember me?”

A reminder the day before, and their questions passed to their own doctor, noted on their appointment. Not lost in a general inbox.

One appointment, and all that follows.

Choose a reason to visit Anthemis Clinic in Thessaloniki: you see who will see you, and when. Book, and see what happens next: the appointment in the doctor’s own calendar, the reminder the day before, and an assistant that knows what it does not answer.

Draft

An assistant with limitsIt answers what is practical. Anything about health, it passes to the doctor.
Ask the clinic

Anthemis Clinic: Hello. Ask me about times, access or payment. Anything about your health, I pass on to your doctor.

A Noria study. Illustrative data.

The study asks for nothing and keeps nothing. On a real website, the appointment passes to the software the practice already uses, and patient details stay there.

Tell us about yours

How we work with a clinic.

We start with a day beside your reception, and finish when the first appointment from the website reaches the doctor’s calendar correctly.

  1. 01

    A day at reception

We see how an appointment is booked today, which questions come again and again, and what always needs a person.

  2. 02

    Rules and connection

We set which treatments and times open online, how long each takes, and how the website talks to the software you already use.

  3. 03

    Words with the doctors

We write with you who does what and what happens in each visit, within your professional rules: no promises, no before and after.

  4. 04

    The assistant’s limits

We agree what the assistant answers and what always goes to the doctor, and test it with questions it must not answer, before it speaks to a patient.

  5. 05

    Every month

We measure appointments, cancellations and questions, and improve one thing every month.

Questions from practices and clinics.

With online booking, patients choose the reason for their visit, see the right doctor’s free slots and book in a few steps, giving only what the appointment needs. You decide which treatments and times open online and how long each takes. The appointment reaches the practice software or calendar you already use, and the day before, the patient gets a reminder.

Yes, in the calendar you already use and by your own rules: it either books the appointment itself or holds the slot until reception confirms it. It answers when reception is closed or on another line, says from the start that it is a digital assistant, and gives no medical advice: anything about health it notes for the doctor.

Usually six to ten weeks for the website and online booking, depending on the doctors, the treatments and the connection to your software. The assistant opens to patients only after we have tested with you what it answers and what it does not.

In most cases, yes. We connect booking to the software or calendar you already use, so reception works in one place. If it does not allow a connection, we tell you before we start, along with your options.

Health data is a special category of personal data under the GDPR (Article 9), and we design for that from the start. The website asks only for what the appointment needs, and the details pass to the practice’s own system instead of staying on the website. Reminders never mention the reason for the visit. We agree the terms of processing with you in writing.

Doctors’ advertising is bound by professional rules of conduct, and your website must respect them. In our work we write no promises of results, show no before-and-after photos, and neither write nor filter reviews. We show who does what, how the practice works and what happens in each visit.

By the pages, the doctors and treatments, the connection to your software, and whether you want an assistant on the phone or in messages. We begin with Direction, for a fixed fee: in a few weeks you have in writing what is worth building, in what order and at what cost.

The other industries

We know these six sectors best, but we do not work only with them. If your business is not here, we start the same way: with the questions your own clients ask.
