Machinery & equipment

The relationship begins after the sale.

A machine works for years, and every year it needs something: maintenance, a part, an answer at eleven at night. Whoever gives these quickly and correctly keeps the customer and the next sale. We build the tools that do it: a service portal, a technical assistant, spare parts online.

What they ask after the sale.

The customer, the technician and the office look for different things about the same machine.

  1. At installation

“How do I set it up correctly?”

Instructions, drawings and videos per model, in the technician’s language, from the QR code on the machine.

  2. At a fault

    “What does this error mean?”

A technical AI assistant that answers from your manuals and shows the page the answer came from.

  3. At the spare part

    “Which code fits mine?”

Parts by serial number, with a 3D breakdown of the machine and availability from the ERP.

  4. At maintenance

    “When is the next service?”

A history per machine and a reminder before the fault, for the customer and for your network of technicians.

One machine, its whole history.

Strofio, a pump maker from our study, puts a QR code on every pump. Scan it: the machine, its history, the technical assistant and the service request, on one screen.

As with a phone’s camera, on the pump’s nameplate.

The pump’s record opens here as soon as the code is scanned.

Tell us about yours

How we work with an equipment maker.

We start from the documents you already have and finish when the technician finds the answer before calling you.

  1. 01

    We gather the knowledge

Manuals, parts catalogues, drawings, and the questions that arrive again and again.

  2. 02

We give every machine an identity

Serial number, QR code, history: every installation becomes a record.

  3. 03

We build the portal and the assistant

For customers, technicians and dealers, each with the rights that suit them.

  4. 04

    We connect the spare parts

Codes, stock and orders from the ERP, so a service request brings the right part with it.

Questions from equipment makers.

It answers only from your own documents and shows the page the answer came from. When it finds no answer, it says so and opens a request for your technician. Anything about safety it always leaves to a person.

That is the most common case. The assistant reads them as they are and answers in the technician’s language, even when the manual is written in another.

The portal gives each one their own machines, prices and requests, in their language, and gives you the picture of the whole network.

Yes. It is often the quickest first step, because customers use it at once. The service portal and the assistant then build on the same codes.

By the number of models and documents, the integrations and whether your technicians need an app. After a conversation we send a concrete proposal.

The other industries

We know these sectors best, but we do not work only with them. If your business is not here, we start the same way: with the questions your own clients ask.
